สวัสดีครับ

เมื่อต้นเดือนธันวาที่ผ่านมานี้ ผมได้มีโอกาสหยุดลาพักร้อนยาว ไปทำกิจกรรมอีกหนึ่งอย่างที่อยู่ใน To do list ของชีวิต นั่นคือการไปเรียน Scuba Diving ที่เกาะเต่าครับ ทริปนี้ไป 6 วันครับ เพราะคอร์สมัน 4 วัน แล้วยังต้องพักก่อนที่จะขึ้นเครื่องบินได้หลังดำน้ำไดฟ์สุดท้ายอีก 18 ชั่วโมง

ขอเริ่มรีวิวที่เที่ยวบินขาไปก่อนนะครับ เราบินไปลงที่สมุยกับ Bangkok Airways ขาประจำ

Hi there,
During the long holiday at the beginning of December, I managed to find a 6 day vacation timeslot so that I can take a chance for an activity I have been longing for, and cross out another “to do list” of my life – scuba diving certification course at Koh Tao, the island renowned as a PADI diving school center.
My choice of travel – Flying down to Koh Samui with Bangkok Airways, then catch a 1.5 hours journey on a comfortable Catamaran High speed ferry. So, let us begin with the flight, and at the end of the review, let me show you what the sailing part looks like.

เริ่มดูบอร์ดกันนิดนึง แต่ก็ Row F ตามธรรมเนียมแหละครับ

Bangkok Airways domestic passengers are welcomed for check in at Row F, Suvarnabhumi airport. If you are flying from Bangkok, be caution of which airport are you departing. Once mistake is made, there is very little that you can do to get to the correct airport on the other side of the town, only exception if you have spared an ample time of 3-4 hours before flight, then make a run.

As of December 2012. Flight of Nok Air and Air Asia Group (Thai Air Asia and affiliate) will operate to and from Don Muang (DMK). All remaining operators will base at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). However, it is wise that you take a double or triple check. Things change all the time in my country.

รอแป้บเดียวก็ได้ Boarding pass แล้ว เราไปกันแต่เช้ามากเพื่อไปกิน!!!!!

Boarding pass. We have plenty of time to get something to eat in the lounge. Another note – all PG passengers are entitling to “Boutique” lounge access and free internet connection, even if you are flying economy class. Business, aka Blue Ribbon class, has a separate lounge just adjacent.

เอาล่ะ เมื่อเช็คอินเรียบร้อยก็ลงดอยครับ คราวนี้ลืมถ่าย Check in counter ซะงั้น
Pass through security control and go down to the airside of the airport.

สงสัยกับป้ายนี้อ่ะครับ ถ้าคนที่จะขึ้นนกแอร์กับแอร์เอเซียแล้วผ่านลงมาถึงตรงนี้ได้ก็แปลกล่ะ แล้วถ้าเกิดเขามาถึงนี่ได้จริงๆจะให้เขาทำยังไงต่อครับ ไม่เข้าใจวัตถุประสงค์ของการสื่อสาร

Here’s what I have mentioned earlier. I have got a question to AOT however. If a passenger of Nok Air or Air Asia has actually arrived here, what would their solution be? And, there’s no way that they can pass through security check point without boarding pass at the first place.

แล้วก็ไปเข้าเลาจ์นกันครับ ครั้งนี้เลือกเข้า Blue Ribbon Lounge ครับ เพราะยังไม่ได้ทานอาหารเช้ากันเลย อยากได้ของกินร้อนๆ (ใช้ AIS privilege ที่อนุญาตให้เข้า Blue Ribbon ได้เดือนละครั้งครับ)

We got to Blue Ribbon (Business class) lounge. The co-promotion of my network operator allow me once a month access to Blue Ribbon lounge, even if I fly economy.

ส่วนอาหาร ของผมเป็นเมนูใหม่ ข้าวต้มบะกุดเต๋ครับ อร่อยมาก ขอแนะนำครับ
Breakfast menu – Boiled rice with pork ribs and fragrance herb. Very tasty, highly recommend.

A bit of snack. The one in banana leaf wrap is a local delicacy that you should not miss. It’s the snack of banana in sticky rice roll.

The mousse in that cup is good, too. But Macaroon is not served by the airlines. It’s BYO items.
