ปรกติน้องหนูบินไปไมอามี่ก็ได้นั่งแต่ 757 ค่ะ ไม่ค่อยได้เจอไฟทล์ดอมใช้ 777 หรือ767 ค่ะ ส่วนใหญ่ถ้าบินตรงมาจาก SFO LAX มีแค่วันละ 1-2 เที่ยวเท่านั้นค่ะ แล้วก็ต้องใช้ 757 ไม่งั้นก็ต้องไปเปลี่ยนเครื่องที่ดาลาสค่ะ

เห็น CX แล้วน่าลองนั่งบ้างจัง
แต่คงได้แค่ flight สั้นๆ

AA SFO-MIA หรือ LAX-MIA มีวันละหลายไฟลท์ครับ แต่เข้าใจว่าไฟลท์ที่เป็น Code Share กับ CX อาจจะมีจำกัดแค่ไฟลท์ถัดไปหลังจาก CX ลงจอด และก็เป็น 757 พอดี ถ้าจะรอ 777 ก็อาจจะต้องอยู่สนามบินนานหน่อยครับซึ่งอาจจะไม่คุ้มกัน ยังไงขอให้เดินทางครั้งหน้าได้ไฟลท์ที่ิบินด้วย 777 นะครับ 
คิดถึงซานฟรานฯ อยากไปกินปูกับ Clam Chowder และอาหารทะเลตรง Fisherman Wharfs อีกจัง

ถ้า TG ลงทุน Move B744 ทั้งลำเปมือน CX คงจะโคตรดีเลยรับ

Hello all
I am a loyal Thai frequent flyer, but yesterday they treated me so bad, very unacceptable indeed.
I was about to go back to Chiang Rai with TG 140, the departure is 06.20pm... I checked in online already and I made it to the airport at 06.00pm which I was able to proceed to the gate immediately without any bags to be loaded. They refused to issue my boarding pass... I said why, I was only a little late due to the traffic by accident on Motor Way, but there was still 20 mins for me to proceed to the gate, and they said I was too late, the aircraft doors were armed and pulled off to the runway as I can still see that it was just at the gate A6...they insisted that I was not able to proceed as the plain was full. Later I found out that they sold my seat to others...
This is not acceptable, I was loyal to them but they never even offered me any chance.. so I missed my last flight and I had the most important meeting with my boss for my promotion today. I had to stay in BKK spending another night as Air Asia raised the price up to 5,800 Baht, I was unable to afford it.
I need some information or contact or e-mails of Thais management team to write a complaint letter to... not desiring to get any compensation, but I just want them to know it is not right for them to do this to me and to any other passenger. It was delayed for an hour on 17th on my way to Bkk by TG 141, I didn't complain at all.. but I had 20 mins to get my seat, they never cared.
So what is the point of Khun Kha or Ruk Khun Thao Fah slogan... they are just terrible.
Please, may i have your advice, so we can help Thai Airways to improve in services and building faith in their customers..
Looking forward to hearing from anyone who can suggest me.
