สวัสดีครับเพื่อนๆชาว hflight ทุกท่าน วันนี้ผมจะพาท่านไปพักกันที่ Peace Hotel หรือ โรงแรมสันติภาพ แห่งเซี่ยงไฮ้ครับ โรงแรมแห่งนี้ตั้งอยู่ปลายสุดของถนนนานกิง (Nanjing Lu) ถนนวอร์คกิ้งสตรีทอันโด่งดังของเมืองเซี่ยงโฮ้ นอกจากนั้นด้านหน้าของพีซโฮเต็ลยังหันไปทาง The Bund หรือที่ชาวไทยคอหนังจีนจะรู้จักกันภายในชือ "หาดเจ้าพ่อเซี่ยงไฮ้" ครับ นอกจากนี้แล้วผมยังจะนำทุกท่านไปชมความงามของเมืองเซี่ยงไฮ้ Wall Street แห่งตะวันออกและนครนานกิงอดีตเมืองหลวงของประเทศจีนด้วยนะครับ งั้นก็มาเริ่มกันเลย
Hi everybody! Today I am taking you guys to Shanghai's legendary Peace Hotel, arguably the most luxurious interesting hotel in Shanghai. The Peace Hotel was built in 1929 at the time when Shanghai was known as the Wall Street of the East. Upon its completion it was the tallest building in Shanghai. The Cathay Hotel, as it was called then, was the most luxurious hotel in Shanghai rivalling the Peninsula in Hong Kong and the Raffles in Singapore. The fate of the hotel changed drastically when it was taken over by the government and renamed the Peace Hotel. Decades later, after the rapid economic development, the government began to see the need to restore this wonderful hotel into its original grandeur. In 2010, 3 years after renovation under the supervision on renown interior design firm HBA, the Peace Hotel came back to its former life as the "Number One Mansion of the Far East", This review will take you to witness this living legend!!! (I will try my best to finish the review in English, currently I am working on polishing the Thai version)
