Welcome to Scandinavia once again krub.

This is another trip over the weekends for me ... fly off Sweden on Friday morning and arrive back on Sunday evening.
I flew 5 flights in total from Gothenburg to Helsinki via Stockholm then took a domestic flight to Rovaniemi in the north of Finland over the arctic circle.

Rovaniemi is the official city of Santa Claus. It can be called as a Lapland as well ^^
Actually, the flight from Gothenburg to Stockholm was operated by SAS(SK) and from Stockholm to Rovaniemi is the subsidiary called Blue1, the regional member of Star Alliance.

So I will start my trip for you now ^^

This is the first time I use the domestic terminal. At Gothenburg airport, you have international and domestic terminals very closed by and almost be able to say that it is under one roof ^^

Today's gate for flight SK140 bound for Stockholm Arlanda airport is number 13 ^^ The lucky number of mine .....

2. There provides the small passengers to play 'how to board the aircarft' too ^^''

My plane cannot be seen from inside so this is another aircarft for another flight. Travelling bwtween Gothenburg and Stockholm is like a air-taxi, you can find 7 flights a day with SK and quite often during the rush hours. Most of them are operated with MD-82 and B737.

and today's 'Viking' was named Alle ^^

Because I sat over the exit row, then my Nikky (D90) was asked to be kept in the overhead bin ><'' Then I only have picture of the clear blue sky after the plane was stabilized. The crew was so nice as she asked for keeping my camera but I did not think that she would come back after the seat-blt sign turned off to bring it down for me !! Unbelievable ... I just love flying SAS flight (only in the morning and on Economy Extra). I will tell you later why I just say that ^^''

4. and this is the inflight literature. Nothing much, Scanorama, the inflight magazine, Cloud Shop, the inflight shopping magazine, Safety card and gastro-bag.

Sometimes I like the way they have us the boarding pass, you will never see that you have only ONe boarding pass for 3 flights in a row ><'' This is Scandinavian simplicity.

5. I love this flight because not only I can have the most spacious seat on the exit row but I was served with the breakfast. If you flight leave the ground before 09.00am otherwise you have to buy everything !! Last time I flew to Greece from Copenhagen, I had to buy 2-euro bottle of water which is cost like 15-baht bottle from 7-11. If you are not used to living in high-cost of living like Scandinavian countries, you may feel so annoyed ^^''

6. And the breakfast was just perfect and I asked for two more bread as it would keep my stomach occupied until the next flight ^^

7. At last we arrived ARN, I just realized that there are 2 exits; one to the front as normal exit but for MD-82 you can walk down and exit the aircraft at its 'bottom' so I decided to try that exit. However, I got wet because it was raining outside and leaving the plane with that exit leading me to no-roof passage to the building ><''

9. Arlanda is one of the hub of SK second to Copenhagen but bigger than Oslo.
I like the way they floor the ground with wood .. feel so elegant.

10. I felt like to go home again when I saw HS-TGZ from Bangkok outside. She looked so charming ^^ compared to those grey SK ones

11. It was the long walk for me as the flight arrived at the Ter4 but the next flight would leave at Ter5. So you will pass by SkyCity, the building that links the terminal together ^^ There you can sit down and relax before departure ^^

12. Once you enter Ter5, you can feel that it is quite compact and a bit busy with a lot of counters. Finally I managed to arrive at the security check in to enter the connecting flight SK6620 as operating KF426 by Blue1.

I bought the upgrade via OptionTown and it was success. So from T-class, my new ticket is Z-Class for EconomyExtra with BC miles !! Sound incredible. rather than mile, you will love the extra service like Fast-Track at ARN and free food onboard but with the same Economy seat in the front of the aircraft ^^

Blue1 and SAS operate 11 flight daily between ARN and HEL ..... really often ^^

15. EcoExtra will be served with the full option of food and drink. Economy will be served only with Water, Organge juice, Tea and Coffee ..... so carbonated drink !!

16. Inflight amenity is something share with SK except its own Dream, the inflight magazine and Cafe1 as menu for food order.
