มาเที่ยวหลวงพระบางคราวนี้ ผมได้เข้าพักที่โรงแรม The Grand Luang Prabang Hotel & Resort ครับ
โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ที่ Ban Xiengkeo, Khet Sangkalok P.O. Box 1191, Luang Prabang Lao PDR อยู่ห่างจาก ถนนคนเดินประมาณ 4 Kms
มีรถ shuttle service จากโรงแรมมาท่ีี่ถนนคนเดินตั้งแต่เช้ายันดึก สะดวกมากๆครับ

เริ่มจาก airport ไปโรงแรม

ต้นไม้น้อยไปหน่อยนึง แดดตอนกลางวันร้อนสุดๆๆ
ฝั่งตรงข้ามเป็นห้องประชุม Richelieu

จากห้องประชุมด้านหน้าอีกรูป
มองไปทางขวาจะเห็น ตำหนักของ Prince Phetsarath ผู้ซึ่งเป็นเจ้าของเดิม The Xiengkeo Palace ที่ปัจจุบันเป็นที่ตั้งโรงแรม
โรงแรมยังอนุรักษ์ตำหนักของท่านไว้อย่างดี

เข้าไปเชคอินที่ lobby ก่อนดีกว่าครับ
โรงแรมนี้ ปัจจุุบัน ได้ใช้ทีมบริหารของกลุ่มโรงแรมเครือ อิมพีเรียล เมืองไทยครับ

ด้านตรงข้าม lobby จะมี computer ให้แขกใช้ฟรี 1 ตัว รวมถึง ADSL ในห้องพักครับ
รับ welcome drink เป็นน้ำอะไรไม่ทราบได้ แต่อร่อยดีครับ

ไปห้องกันดีกว่าครับ
วันนี้ผมกับคุณพ่อคุณแม่เข้าพักห้อง Mekhong Suite ซึ่งมีอยู่แค่ 2 ห้องในโรงแรม
ตามทางเดินที่ไป ใช้วัสดุตกแต่งน่ารักดี รวมถึงทางเดิน สวยดี ครับ

เดินไกลหน่อยครับ แต่ก็ไม่เหนื่อยมากเท่าไหร่ อากาศลมพัด บริสุทธิ์ดีแท้

ถึงห้องละครับ 713 ของเราสองวันนี้
เปิดประตูเข้าไป เจอห้องนั่งเล่นก่อนครับ จะมี extra bed ของผมวางอยู่กลางห้องเลย อิอิ

ตู้โชว์สวยดีครับ
เดินไปทางขวาอีกนิดจะเป็นมุม pantry เล็กๆ มี microwave สุดทางหันขวาจะเจอห้องน้ำเล็กก่อนครับ

ประตูที่เห็นจะเป็น connecting room ครับ ถ้าเปิดออกใช้งานพร้อมกันจะเรียกว่า Presidential Suite ครับ
extra bed อยู่กลางห้องเลย

ทีวียังไม่ได้เป็น LCD TV นะครับ แต่ไม่เป็นไร เราไม่ซีเรียส เพราะไม่ค่อยได้ดูอยู่แล้ว 55

ออกไปดูที่ระเบียงดีกว่าครับ
มีที่นั่งรับลมสองที่ กับ วิวเบื้องหน้า ที่สวยมากๆๆๆๆๆๆๆ เกินจะบรรยาย
