Budva เมืองเก่าแก่อายุกว่า 2,500 ปี เป็นหนึ่งในสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวยอดนิยมริมชายฝั่งทะเล Adriatic ของ Montenegro

 

Budva Riviera คือบริเวณชายฝั่งที่เป็นท่าเรือ ชายหาด และเมืองเก่าที่มีกำแพงเมืองล้อมรอบ

Podgorica ถูกก่อตั้งขึ้นตั้งแต่ก่อนศตวรรษที่ 11
 
Podgorica เป็นเมืองหลวง และเมืองที่ใหญ่ที่สุดของประเทศ  Montenegro
 
ในช่วงปี 1946 ถึงปี 1992 สมัยที่ยังรวมอยู่กับประเทศ Yugoslavia เคยใช้ชื่อว่า Titograd ตามชื่อของอดีตผู้นำ Tito
 
ในช่วงสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 2  Podgorica ได้รับความเสียหายอย่างหนัก จากการถูกทิ้งระเบิด
 
ในปัจจุบัน Podgorica มีประชากรประมาณ 160,000 คน
 
 
แม่น้ำ Morača ไหลผ่านกลางเมือง
