สวัสดีครับ

 

ขอ Intrend กับคนอื่นเขาบ้างด้วยการขึ้น 787 ลำล่าสุดของการบินไทย คราวนี้ผมบินไปกับชั้น Royal Silk และบินกลับโดย Economy class ครับ

 

แต่เห็นรีวิวอื่นเครื่อง 787 เกลื่อนบอร์ดไปหมด ก็ขอทำแบบๆมินิๆแล้วกันนะครับ เอาเฉพาะที่เห็นว่าเป็น Hilight ซึ่งในครั้งนี้ ผมอยากพิสูจน์ว่า Cabin pressure ในเครื่อง 787  มันต่ำกว่าเครื่องอื่นๆมากแค่ไหน และความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ในเครื่องที่มีมากกว่านั้น มันมากกว่าอย่างไร ก็เลยหยิบอุปกรณ์เท่าที่มีในบ้านติดมือขึ้นไปทดลองด้วย

 

ทั้งนี้ รีวิวนี้ขอเป็นภาษาอังกฤษนะครับ จะแทรกภาษาไทยนิดหน่อย เพราะ info ของเครื่องลำนี้ล้นเหลือมากมายแล้วฃ

 

 

Dear friend,

 

I've just complete a mission of the month - set a forth as soon as I heard the news of Thai Airway's 787 delivery and deployment in domestic route. Here I come with the Trip report.

 

Seemed that other webboard member had the same intention and plenty of review has been written. So, I will make it concise and focus on the things I am so curious - what cabin pressure is like in the cabin of this dream girl?

คราวนี้ไปเร็วครับ

 

ไปพบคุณกุ้ก Hflight Member รุ่นบุกเบิก ผู้ซึ่งมาเที่ยวประเทศไทยช่วงนี้พอดี และได้ complete 787 roundtrip flight ไปก่อนหน้าผมเพียงวันเดียว

A bit of Royal Silk Lounge for refreshment

 

Did  I mentioned that I fly Business Class ( aka Royal Silk Class) for outbound flight and economy class for the inbound. This is to give myself experience of seats equipped in both class.

Royal Silk class is comfy, with dark purple tone to give a classy look. However, I think they left a bit to be desired, consider the fact that it is the aircraft of the future, I do expect all aisle access - the Business class concept of the future- to be install as well.

 

Business Class seat นี่ ผมผิดหวังนิดหน่อย ในเมื่อมันเป็นเครื่องแห่งอนาคต ก็น่าจะใช้ Business Class seat concept แห่งอนาคต คือทุกที่นั่งติดทางออกไปด้วยนะนี่

Push back and prepare for take off. The rain has just stop and we got a spectacular take off of B 747 in front of us

As we reach cruising altitude, I wait after a while of Seat belt sign turn off before I begin my nano-experiment

Hygrometer indicate the air moisture at 60%, which is pretty high comparing to  40% in 737-400 I have measured before. Sorry I don't have the picture from that flight

 

Hydrometer ระบุความชื้นที่ 60% ครับ ผมวัดก่อนขึ้นเครื่องได้ที่ราวๆ 70% และเคยวัดใน B737-400 ของนกแอร์ครั้งหนึ่งได้ที่ 40% เท่านั้น ขออภัยที่ไม่มีภาพจากครั้งโน้น

This is cabin altitude that my Dive Computer can measure - approximately 1030 M. give or take.

ส่วนนี่คือ Cabin altitude ที่ Dive Computer ของผมวัดได้ ประมาณ 1030 เมตร

Cabin altitude of Nok air's 737-400 that I took a few years back. It read 2300m. Quite a difference
