ไม่มีรายการอาหารเช้าที่เป็นไส้กรอกไก่ หรือ pancake เพราะคงไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนได้ เลยเอาแต่มื้อกลางวัน และมื้อค่ำ

สรุป อาหารการบินไทย รสชาติและการนำเสนอเป็นอย่างไร ผมว่า regional route ดีกว่าใน inter-continental แน่ๆ เพราะถูกปาก ถ้าจะให้ดี แยกข้าวออกจากแกงเถอะ เสริฟคนละถ้วยไป จะได้ไม่สลดครับ เราไม่ต้องการกินช้าวราดแกงเละๆ ในถ้วยเดียวกัน บนฟ้า แค่นี้อาหารไทยก็เลิศแล้ว

บาางอย่างก็ดูดี แต่บางอย่างก็ต้องปรับปรุงบ้าง วันก่อนบินรอยัลซิลค์จาก FRA ห่างอาหารไทยมานานเลยเอาข้าวไก่กระเทียม เป็นไก่กระเทียมวางมาติดกับข้าวคล้ายๆ กับรูปด้านบน แต่รู้สึกว่าน้ำมันจะเยอะไปหน่อย ต้องเอาข้าวทำเป็นเขื่อนกั้นน้ำมันไว้ แล้วเลือกชิ้นไก่มากินกับข้าวด้านที่ไม่ถูกน้ำมัน รสชาติจืดๆ ต้องอาศัยพริกน้ำปลาช่วยก็พอกินได้เหมือนกัน
