Hello everyone

This is my first review on the new forum. Today I'm going to present you yet another New York's hotel, The Carlyle. The Carlyle is an Upper East Side hotel called home by many famous individuals including President Harry Truman, President John Kennedy, and occasionally Roger Federer. The hotel was built in 1930 in then fashionable Art Deco style. The hotel overlooks Madison Avenue, the home to Ralph Lauren, Hermes, David Yurman and many other brands.

The room is the size of a typically small New York hotel room. However, it is recently renovated. It has hardwood floor, more than enough storage space, an ultra comfortable queen bed, and an unrivaled view of New York skyline and the Central Park.

The first door from left is a closet with a safe box and laundry bags, the second door is the connecting door, in case if you have someone you know staying next door.

The sitting area with an armchair. Fiji water bottles on the coffee table are free. They are served on a silver tray.

The TV, the door to the left is the walk-in closet. The bathroom's door is to the very bottom left of the picture (not able to see here). Immediately outside the window is Madison Avenue.
