ผมมีโอกาศได้ไปเที่ยวประเทศสิงคโปร์ช่วงปีใหม่ที่ผ่านมา

บรรยากาศการเที่ยว  ก็น่าประทับใจ  แต่ก็ต้องมาเสียความรู้สึก ที่  ร้านขายสินค้า IT  ใน Simlim Square  

ในตอนแรก  ผมต้องการซื้อสินค้า it ชนิดหนึ่่ง  กับร้านค้าชื่อ Evolution Gaming LLP  อยู่ชั้น 3 ฝั่งใกล้ๆลิฟต์  ของห้าง

ผมก็ได้สอบถามราคา  และต่อรองจนเป็นที่เรียบร้อย  จนได้ราคาที่พอใจ  คือ 215 ดอลลาร์สิงคโปร์  เป็นราคาไม่รวม VAT

ซึ่งสินค้าที่ผมซื้อ  มีการแพ็คเกจในกล่องเป็นอย่างดี  ผมจึงตกลงจ่ายเงินไปตามจำนวนนั้น  และทำการเปิดกล่องสินค้าออกมา

เพื่อพิจารณาสิ่งของภายใน...  อีกสักพักนึง  เจ้าของร้านก็ถามว่าผมไม่ใช่คนสิงคโปร์  ใช่รึป่าว  ผมเลยตอบไปว่าเป็นคนไทย

เค้าจึงขอเก็บ Vat เพิ่มอีก 7%  โดยให้ผมจ่ายเงินไปที่ร้าน  และสามารถนำไป ขอภาษีคืนได้ที่สนามบิน  ผมก็ตกลง

ผมก็ตกลงและจ่ายเงินไปอีกจำนวนหนึ่ง


การซื้อสินค้าก็ดูเหมือนจะผ่านไปได้อย่างปกติ  แต่แล้ว  เจ้าของร้านค้าก็พูดประมาณว่า  ต้องจ่ายค่าลงทะเบียนสินค้าด้วย(จิงๆไม่ต้องจ่าย)

หากไม่จ่ายที่ร้านตอนนี้  เมื่อนำไปที่สนามบิน  จะต้องจ่าย150 ดอลลาร์  แต่หากจ่ายที่ร้าน เค้าจะลงทะเบียนให้

และจ่ายเพียง 80 ดอลลาร์  แล้วเค้าก็บอกให้ผมต้องจ่ายเงินเพิ่ม 80 ดอลลาร์  เมื่อมาถึงจุดนี้  ผมก็รู้สึกเสียอารมณ์มาก

ที่ราคาไม่เป็นไปตามที่ตกลงกันไว้ตอนแรก  ผมเลยขอคืนเงิน  แต่เค้าปฏิเสธเพราะบอกว่า ผมแกะสินค้าแล้ว

ผมก็ถกเถียงกับเจ้าของร้าน  จนเวลาล่วงเลยมานาน  และถึงเวลาที่ผมต้องไปสนามบินแล้วเพราะ  เครื่องจะออกจากสนามบินในไม่ช้า

เจ้าของก็ทำท่าทีเหมือนรั้งไม่ให้ผมไป  และไม่ยอมให้สินค้ากับผม  จนในที่สุดผมก็ต้องยอมตัดใจ  ยังไงก็ต้องเอาสินค้ามาให้ได้

จึงต้องอ้างว่ามีเงินแค่จำนวนนั้น  เจ้าของร้านก็ทำท่าทางอารมณ์เสีย  แล้วบอกผมให้รอซักครู่และเดินออกไปนอกร้านโดยพาสินค้าไปด้วย

ณ  จุดนั้นผมรู้แล้วว่า  ร้านต้องเอาสินค้าไปแอบเปลี่ยน  แต่ผมไม่มีทางเลือกเพราะหากขึ้นเครื่องไม่ทัน  

ก็จะต้องเสียเงินมากกว่าเพื่อซื้อตั๋วเดินทางใหม่

จึงต้องยอมตัดใจจ่ายเงินไปอีก  20 ดอลลา  เมื่อกลับมาเมืองไทย ผมเลยให้ร้านที่เมืองไทยตรวจสอบพบว่า  ตัวเครื่องที่ให้มา  เป็นของจริง  แต่แบตเตอรี่  เป็นของปลอม


อาจเป็นเพราะความโง่ของผมเอง ที่ไม่รอบคอบ  หรือเป็นเพราะเล่ห์เหลี่ยมของเจ้าของร้าน  ที่คิดเอาเปรียบชาวต่างชาติ
ผมอยากฝากให้เพื่อนๆที่จะไปสิงคโปร์  ให้ระวังการซื้อสินค้า  ดูเผินๆอาจดูเหมือนถูกกว่าที่ไทย  แต่ไปๆมาๆ  แพงยิ่งกว่าอีก
ผมไม่อยากให้เพื่อนๆต้องมาเสียความรู้สึก  จากการช็อปปิ้งเหมือนอย่างผม...

ขอบคุณที่เตือนครับ ชื่อเสียงในด้านแย่ๆ ของที่นี่มีมากเหลือเกินครับ ดังนั้นซื้อในเมืองไทยดีกว่า มีอะไรจะได้โวยได้ง่ายหน่อย ไม่ต้องบินกลับไปถึงสิงคโปร์

มีปัญหายังตามตัวได้

ผมก็เคยไปเดินๆ ครับ แต่ของพวกอิเล็กฯ พวกนี้ ยังไงซื้อที่ไทยอุ่นใจกว่าครับ ^^

ไม่ว่าประเทศไหนๆ จะเจริญแค่ไหน ก็มีการโกงกันทุกที่ ขอบคุณสำหรับข้อมูลครับผม ผมเข็ดแล้วเหมือนกันกับของที่บอกว่าที่นั้นถูกกว่า ไปก็ซื้อมาเถอะ ตัวที่เค้าโชว์ให้เรานะดีแต่พอแพ็คใส่กล่องให้เรากลับมาถึงบ้าน เป็นคนละตัวกัน ใช้ไม่เท่าไรเสีย

ถ้าลอง search หาคำว่า simlim ในบอร์ดต่างๆ จะพบว่าไปดูได้อย่างเดียว ห้ามซื้อครับ ถ้าจะซื้อสินค้าพวกนี้ Funan น่าซื้อกว่าครับ

เคยลองไปดูกล้องที่ simlim มันบริการอย่างดีเอาแบตมาให้ลอง เราก็ลองๆ แต่ยังไม่ตัดสินใจซื้อ มันด่าเลย มันจะไม่ถามครับว่าจะซื้อไหม แต่มันจะให้ลองและให้เราอึดอัดจนต้องซื้อมัน น่ากลัวครับ ใจไม่ถึง ตาไม่ดี อย่าลอง simlim
