โดยได้จองที่พักจากงานไทยเที่ยวไทย ที่จัดขึ้นที่ศูนย์ประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์เมื่อต้นเดือนกันยายนที่ผ่านมา โดยปกติราคาขายในเน็ตสำหรับห้องสุพีเรีย(รวมอาหารเช้า) จะตกคืนละ 2,124 บาท ถ้าจอง 2 คืน ก็ 4,248 บาท รวมTax และ Service Charges อีก 751.90 บาท ก็เป็นเงินสุทธิทั้งสิ้น 4,999.90 บาท
แต่สำหรับในงานนี้ โรงแรมในเครืออิมพีเรียลได้จัดโปรโมชั่นสุดพิเศษ ลดราคาเหลือเพียงแค่คืนละ 1,000 บาท(ไม่รวมอาหารเช้า)เท่านั้น ซึ่งถ้าจะรับอาหารเช้าด้วยก็เพิ่มคืนละ 200 บาทเท่านั้น จอง 2 คืนก็แค่ 2,400 บาทเท่านั้น ประหยัดเงินไปได้ถึง 2 ,600 บาท นับว่าถูกมากทีเดียว

เหตุที่เลือกจองโรงแรมนี้เพราะว่าตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองเชียงใหม่ อยู่ไม่ไกลจากไนท์บาซาร์ สามารถไปไหนมาไหนได้สะดวก แม้กระทั่งยามค่ำคืนก็สามารถออกมาเดินเล่นได้
