living cost and eating about 3 times higher and  transporation about 2 times higher than thailand
hostel starts from 7 euro
avoid July and Aug  very dry heat 35 c ++
best time Apr,May  and Sep,Oct    cool
december- feb  cold especially east cold and heavey snow except black sea,

starting from Istanbul to Bodrum by bus takes 12 hours , expensive bus has interner acces + drinks and snack and few hour        faster than cheap bus.

surrounding greek island ( once belonged to Turky ) can be accessed from Bodrumbut visa is required and also reentry visa to
turkey

heading up north along the west coast to Izmir  histically  Smyrna which can be traced back thousandss of year ,

Izmir is also a third biggest city of Turkey after Istanbul and Ankara  so  heading to others regions of the country can be done
from here ,
