        With this letter I do hereby confirm that Miss. oamamm is a government official of Emergency Room in ชื่อ รพ. hospital จังหวัด, Ministry of Public Health, แล้วตรงนี้ต้องใส่สังกัดกองปลัดสาธารณสุขหรือเปล่าค่ะ (ถ้าใส่ใช้คำว่าอะไรค่ะ) , working as a registered nurse. As a government official, Miss. oamamm is in receipt of a salary of Baht XXXX per month.

      Miss. oamamm has informed me of her desire to vacation in Japan for a period of 10 days, from July 5 -14, 2008. She has assured me that at the end of her vacation, on July 14 th 2008, she will immediately return to Thailand to continue her employment in the Office of the President.

       Your favourable consideration of Miss. oamamm’s application for a visa to allow her to enter Japan would be greatly appreciated.
