ไปถึงช้าไปนิด...เลยไม่ทันถ่ายรูปแบบเต็มๆทั้งชุดเลย...

บริการด้วย “Fuketsu Course” หรือคอร์ส “ดวงเดือน” ชื่อหวานซ้า....เนื่องจากใช้ปูเป็นสดๆ เนื้อจึงหวาน และ ไม่เละเลย...รูดปรื๊ดๆจากก้ามอย่างง่ายดาย...

อาหารจัดเป็นชุดแบบ...ทั้งสวยทั้งอร่อย คุณภาพคับแก้ว และ ประณีตสุดๆ...

จานนี้ทานแบบสดค่ะ...มีอุปกรณ์แคะเนื้อที่เป็นโลหะยาวๆ เนื้อปูสดดึงออกง่ายมากๆค่ะ...แถมยังเนื้อหวานอร่อยสุดๆไปเลย...พูดแล้วคิดถึง...

ส่วนตัวชอบทานแบบสดมากกว่า เพราะ แบบปรุงสุกยังไงความหวานก็ลดลงค่ะ...แล้วแต่ชอบเนอะ...

ปูทานได้ 2 แบบ คือ แบบสด และ นำไปลวกแบบเร็วๆ พอสะดุ้งในนำ้ซุป (ถ้าต้มไว้นานเนื้อจะแข็งเกินไป ความอร่อยจะลดลงไปเยอะค่ะ)...

นำ้ซุปที่เหลือก็มีคุณค่า...ห้ามทิ้งค่ะ  

จะมีบริกรหญิงแสนสุภาพในชุดกิโมโนมาบริการทำข้าวต้มตบท้ายก่อนปิดคอร์ส...

โดยตักอาหารที่เหลือในหม้อออก เหลือแต่นำ้ซุปอันเข้มข้นไว้นิดหน่อย แล้วก็นำข้าวญี่ปุ่น ไข่ที่ตีจนได้ที่ และ ส่วนผสมที่เป็นผักตามลงไป คนๆจนเดือด และ ตักเสริฟโรยด้วยสาหร่าย...
